Tell us how the room is used and what has changed. A patch behind a bed, growth in a bathroom and a cupboard affected after a leak can require different scopes. We consider existing contamination and the moisture questions together, with limitations explained where surfaces or voids cannot yet be assessed.
There is no need to guess the species to start. Photographs and a short history help prepare the assessment. The agreed work should explain what can be treated, what may require removal and how occupants and belongings are accommodated.
Keep the next steps connected

Can I send photographs first?
Yes. Include a whole-room view, a closer view, your area and when the condition appeared. Photographs inform the next step but cannot fully assess concealed materials.
Should I move the furniture before an assessment?
Tell us what limits access and ask about preparation. Avoid disturbing extensive growth or moving visibly affected items through the property without advice.
